The Mini marina offers a large doc with several places to tie up. It includes 1 large shore side granite stone with our S.S hinges, 2 12x4' floating sections, which jet out from the shore side granite stone, and connected together with a full length piano hinge, this forms the ramp. One 16'x8' float rigidly bolted to the right or left side of the ramp with a swim ladder on either side forms the float. On the opposite side of the ramps connection to the 8'x16' a 4'x8' stabilizer float is optional. The mini marina package also comes with 4, 100 pound mooring stones, and enough chain for 2 tandem mooring leads, and a maximum of 6 cleats. Mini marina photos will be labeled "mm".
These docks are entirely customizable, and they are my most popular shape. The good old fashioned T shape dock is very stable, easy to take in and out, and is capable of carrying almost any option when built to handle it.
All craftsman's docks come with handrail on one side (customers choose which side as long as it doesn't conflict with an option), the customer can choose our standard round pipe rail or go for something a bit more intricate. All craftsman's docks start with a shore connection whether it's a large shore side granite stone, or directly bolted to the existing ledge either way you won't see galvanized hardware holding one of my docks to shore. Only the best stainless steel hinges made in house for my customers. From the hinge out a typical craftsman's dock will be 28 feet total length, although due to the modularity of Lipkvich Fabrications design, they can go out much further.
